If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (provided it's in the original packaging) of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).  Refund will be applied to the card used for the purchase.

Returns/Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy operates on a case-by-case basis.  For a return/exchange authorization, please call 310.309.2096 x112 during office hours. Office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST.  You can also email your questions.  If you are not sure if you want to return something or keep it, feel free to call customer solutions – we are happy to help you!

Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt or shipping slip and a note explaining why you're returning the product.  For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via UPS insured.

Restocking Charge

UPS will make three attempts to deliver to the requested address on your order. Undeliverable orders will have restocking and return shipment charges deducted from the refund.

International Orders

Prices are in US dollars.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for any applicable customs, duties or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays.  All orders, both international and domestic, are shipped via UPS only.
