For Your Awareness
If you are shipping in the US, your online order will be sent via UPS ground, unless expedited delivery is specified. For all US addresses, your order will be delivered between 1-5 business days after it ships. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes or U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. Due the absence of tracking numbers, we prefer not to ship orders through USPS.

14-Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (provided it's unused) of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Refund will be applied to the card used for the purchase.
Returns/Exchanges
For a return/exchange authorization on products purchased on our website, please email shop@yogitoes.com or call customer solutions at 310.309.2096 x112 during office hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST).
Please note that we are unable to accept returns if they were not purchased from us. If the item has been used, we are only able to replace it if it is damaged or defective in some way.

Once your return/exchange is approved, you will be given a Return Authorization number and the address to mail your return. Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt and your Return Authorization Number with your return. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns via UPS insured.
Restocking Charge
UPS will make three attempts to deliver to the requested address on your order. Undeliverable orders will have restocking and return shipment charges deducted from the refund.
International Shipping
yogitoes has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers, shipping WORLDWIDE. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
